WHO WE ARE
As the last independent, non-profit hospital in the greater Houston area, OakBend Medical Center has the vision to be the best community healthcare organization.
WHO WE SERVE
We proudly serve Fort Bend County and surrounding communities at all of our locations including our hospitals, emergency rooms, surgery centers, physical therapy clinics, physician offices, and many more. We provide healthcare to a vast population that might otherwise be without it.
WHAT SETS US APART
As a non-profit, OakBend Medical Center is reliant on patients, friends, corporations, foundations, and others for the additional funding needed to serve the community. Donations and volunteerism become increasingly vital each year, and they make a significant difference in the hospital’s ability to accomplish its mission to provide exceptional, compassionate healthcare to our community, regardless of the ability to pay.
WAYS TO GIVE
What are we raising funds for?
It is a yearly decision made by our Executive Team and Board of Directors who look at the hospital’s current greatest need. Capital needs may include upgrading equipment, remodeling, or adding new buildings to our hospital campuses. Or, it can be a program designed to meet a community need, such as our Indigent Care program, in which we raise funds to support our mission of providing excellent medical care to everyone, regardless of ability to pay.
