Dr. Uttam Tripathy, MD, is a highly accomplished, board-certified cardiovascular and thoracic surgeon with over 30 years of experience. A top graduate of SCB Medical College, he further trained in India and the U.S., completing prestigious programs in California, Boston, and Oregon. Currently serving at Houston Methodist Hospital and the DeBakey Heart & Vascular Center, he performs over 800 surgeries annually. Dr. Tripathy pioneered several minimally invasive procedures in Fort Bend County and actively contributes to national clinical trials in cardiovascular innovation. Outside of medicine, he enjoys traveling and painting.
