About Me

Dr. Wayne O. Alani is a board-certified orthopedic extremity surgeon serving Sugar Land and Houston, Texas. A Texas A&M graduate, he earned his medical degree from UT Health Science Center and completed his orthopedic residency at the University of Kansas, followed by a pediatric orthopedic fellowship at Shriner’s Hospital in St. Louis. Dr. Alani specializes in minimally invasive joint and total joint replacements, as well as sports medicine. He is a published educator and a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons. Known for his patient-centered care, Dr. Alani creates personalized treatment plans to help patients regain mobility and quality of life using advanced surgical techniques that reduce recovery time and improve outcomes.
