OakBend Medical Center is excited to announce that the 2019 Patchwork of Life event will be held on Thursday, October 10, at Safari Texas Ranch.
This year’s event will benefit OakBend’s Women’s Imaging Department. Funds raised from the event will be used to purchase a 3D mammography machine, bringing the gold standard for breast cancer detection to OakBend. This technology will enable doctors to identify and treat breast cancer at earlier stages and with greater accuracy than traditional mammography.
