At OakBend, our mission is to provide exceptional, compassionate health care for our community, regardless of ability to pay.  This July, we are introducing an unconventional program aimed at ensuring your complete satisfaction with our Emergency Room (ER) services. At OakBend, we prioritize your health, comfort, and peace of mind.  We understand that visiting the ER can be a stressful experience, and we are committed to providing the highest quality of care possible.

Our Guarantee to you

If you are not completely satisfied with the services you receive in our ER, you will not be charged your patient portion, and any out of pocket co-payments and expenses may be refunded directly to you.

Program Details:

Eligibility: All commercially insured ER patients treated between July 1, 2024, and August 30, 2024 who are willing to complete the required form and participate in the process to identify the source of the concern that we may correct it.

Excluded patients:  Any governmentally insured patients, including Medicare, Medicare managed care, Medicaid, Medicaid managed care and veterans insurance.  Any inpatient admissions and/or observation hospitalizations are excluded. This program does not include doctors’ fees associated with your ER visit, and only applies to hospital fees.

How it works: If you are dissatisfied with the care you receive, you must complete the form below in its entirety within 30 days of your visit.  You must cooperate with us in our investigation of the complaint to be eligible for the offer.  Your concerns will be reviewed by our team and you may be contacted for further information.
