Please take care of the following things while raising a support ticket

 

  • No PHI is to be included in your ticket, including screenshots
  • Use your OBMC Email ID to raise the ticket
  • Try to fill all the fields 
  • If you are using it for the first time, login information will send to your OBMC Email id, to manage your tickets in the new ticket tracking system.
  • Click on Ticket management to go to the ticket management system
