Palumbo, Carl F

Dr. Palumbo is a board certified Orthopedic Surgeon specializing in sports medicine and conditions of the hand, wrist, elbow and shoulder. He is one of the only physicians in Houston who is Board Certified in both Hand/Upper Extremity surgery and sports medicine. Dr. Palumbo received his B.S. in Molecular Biology, graduating with honors. He completed medical school in New Orleans at Tulane University, where he graduated within the top 10 in his class. Dr. Palumbo completed his Orthopedic Surgery Residency at UC Davis Medical Center in California, followed by a one year fellowship in hand and upper extremity surgery at the internationally recognized, Indiana Hand and Shoulder Center.
