About Me

Dr. Irfan Lalani is a double board-certified neurologist and pain medicine specialist, with extensive expertise in diagnosing and treating complex neurological and pain conditions. A valedictorian graduate of Aga Khan University, he completed his neurology residency at Baylor College of Medicine, where he served as chief resident and received national recognition. He later completed a fellowship in pain medicine at UT MD Anderson Cancer Center, joining the faculty as an assistant professor. Dr. Lalani has authored numerous publications and is skilled in advanced interventional pain procedures. He prioritizes compassionate, thorough care, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to create personalized treatment plans that improve patients’ comfort, function, and overall quality of life.
