Dr. Vivek P. Kushwaha, Orthopaedic Surgeon Specializing in Adult Lumbar and Cervical Disorders & Spine Trauma. Dr. Kushwaha is originally from San Antonio and joined Orthopaedic Associates in 1997. In 1987, Dr. Kushwaha received his B.A. from University of Texas – Austin. In 1991, he received his medical degree from University of Texas Medical School in San Antonio. In 1996, he completed his orthopaedic internship and residency at the University of California at Los Angeles Medical Center. Dr. Kushwaha completed a fellowship in spine surgery at Rancho Los Amigos Medical Center in Downey, CA. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery.
