Dr. Fernandez is a board-certified radiologist who earned a medical degree from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. He completed a Radiology residency at the University of Southern California and advanced fellowship training in Neuroradiology at UT Southwestern Medical Center. His expertise focuses on diagnostic imaging and neuroradiology.
