C. Y. Joseph Chang, M.D.

Dr. C.Y. Joseph Chang is the director of the Texas Ear Center, a division of Texas Ear, Nose & Throat Specialists. Dr. Chang is a neurotologist, a highly skilled ENT doctor that can perform specialized surgeries of the ear and skull base. He can diagnose and treat both medically and surgically for hearing loss, ear infections, tinnitus or ringing in the ears, dizziness, brain tumors, tumors of the ear and skull base and more.

Dr. Chang was born in Kobe, Japan but grew up in Baltimore, Maryland. He attended Stanford University in California. He attended Harvard Medical School in Boston. He returned to California to complete his internship and residency in Otolaryngology at the University of California San Francisco. He pursued a Fellowship in Neurotology & Skull Base Surgery at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. Dr. Chang is a Diplomate of both the National Board of Medical Examiners and the American Board of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery.
