Dr. Ronald Buczek specializes in hand surgery, specifically fractures, and tendons. He also performs microvascular and burn surgery. Dr. Buczek also lectures throughout the United States to surgeons on skin graft substitutes and is on the lecture panel for TRX Surgical.
Dr. Buczek attended medical school at the University of Osteopathic Medicine in Des Moines, IA. He followed that up by completing a four-year residency, during which time he was chief surgical resident for two years. He then completed a one-year fellowship in the Philadelphia area before pursuing further training and education in London, England at Guy’s St. Thomas Hospital. Dr. Buczek is certified in microvascular surgery and is currently an Adjunct Professor of Surgery at DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine.
