Dr. Segar is a board-certified surgeon specializing in bariatric, minimally invasive, and robotic surgery. A native of Lubbock, Texas, he completed his education and advanced surgical training through leading Texas institutions, including the University of Texas Health Science Center and Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. Since joining New Dimensions Weight Loss Surgery in 2004, he has held numerous leadership roles and is recognized nationally for his expertise in advanced surgical techniques and physician training.
