He earned his undergraduate degree from Boston College and his doctorate from Nova Southeastern University. His surgical training included residencies in Philadelphia and New York, notably at Peninsula Hospital Center, with additional experience at institutions like Memorial Sloan Kettering and Albert Einstein. He completed a prestigious fellowship in hand and microvascular surgery under Dr. Charles P. Melone, Jr. Now based in Houston, Dr. Khorsandi is recognized for his innovations, global training involvement, and thousands of successful surgical outcomes.
