Dr. Ivan N. Mefford is a board-certified family medicine physician committed to delivering compassionate, full-spectrum care to individuals and families. He began his academic journey with a B.S. in Chemistry from Kentucky State University, followed by a Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Kansas. Inspired to serve patients directly, he earned his medical degree from Duke University School of Medicine in 1995. Dr. Mefford completed his family medicine residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston in 1998 and has been caring for patients with dedication ever since.
