Dr. Faranak Vossoughi, MD, FACS is a board-certified hand and general surgeon practicing in Katy and Houston, Texas. She earned her medical degree from the Karolinska Institute in Stockholm, Sweden, before completing a general surgery residency in Columbia, South Carolina and a specialized hand surgery fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine. She also holds microsurgery certifications from Houston Methodist Institute of Technology and Education and St. Joseph Hospital. An active ATLS instructor, she’s deeply involved in trauma care and served as Treasurer and President of the Western branch of the Harris County Medical Society. Dr. Vossoughi has dedicated her practice to individualized, state‑of‑the‑art care using on-site X-rays and nerve testing, always tailoring treatment to each patient’s unique needs.
