About Me

Dr. Ching-Yen Joseph Chang is a board-certified neurotologist with a distinguished background in both engineering and medicine. He earned his B.S. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Stanford University before completing his M.D. at Harvard Medical School. He then pursued residency training in Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery at the University of California, San Francisco, followed by a subspecialty fellowship in Neurotology at UPMC Medical Education. Dr. Chang brings a unique blend of technical precision and compassionate care to treating complex ear and skull base conditions. Recognized with the Head and Neck Surgery Honor Award from the American Academy of Otolaryngology, he is also a member of the American College of Surgeons and is committed to advancing patient-centered care through expertise and empathy.
