Dr. Alan J Rechter is a highly skilled orthopedic surgeon certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery in both Orthopaedic Surgery and Orthopaedic Sports Medicine. He graduated second in his class from Creighton University School of Medicine in 1994. Following his internship at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston in 1995, he completed his orthopedic surgery residency there in 1999. Dr. Rechter further honed his expertise through prestigious fellowships, including the AO International Fellowship in Germany, specializing in trauma, hand, and joint reconstructive surgery. He also received advanced training at top institutions such as Memorial Hermann, Anderson Cancer Center, Shriner’s Children’s Hospital, and St. Joseph Hospital.
